ADWAVE is a non-profitable communication event, organised by the final year students of the School of Communication, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). In 2014, the School of Communication, USM and the Indah Water Konsortium (IWK) collaborate to organise ADWAVE.USM - IWK 2014. Based on the theme “World War Y: Sustainable Environment – Taking Over from Gen X”, ADWAVE focuses on the needs to educate youths on the importance of preserving the environment. Through ADWAVE, different activities including a viral video competition, roadshows, workshop series and exhibition are planned with the main aim of increasing youths’ awareness and knowledge on sustainable environment."
